This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

This is a new role and a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience of delivering excellent customer support policies, processes and culture and who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment. 

As part of the DofE Customer Support Team, you will work closely with colleagues throughout the charity to develop a new approach to customer support across the UK. You will establish and maintain strong working relationships with all teams across the DofE to ensure the delivery of a high quality DofE customer support across our external audiences. 

We are looking to recruit a dynamic, proactive and effective team player who loves supporting customers to join DofE. The post holder will report to the Senior Customer Support Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day contact with DofE’s audience. 

About you:

You will be involved in Providing helpful, supportive, and friendly service to people contacting DofE, across a variety of contact channels including inbound and outbound telephone calls, email, live chat, and other channels as developed and required.

Using DofE sources of information be able to answer questions accurately and in a timely manner following established Customer Support Team processes to solve issues.

Identifying complex, difficult and specialist queries, and escalating these in line with the Customer Support Team processes.
