The role:

The role will be homebased with one day per week travel into our London SE1 office 

We are looking for a Business Support Assistant To work alongside the Fundraising team to support them with administrative tasks to enable the Fundraising Team to work towards its strategic objectives. 

 Respond effectively to general queries and requests for advice and support from internal and external stakeholders, in person, by telephone, email and video calling.

Undertake and support activities to ensure the successful organisation and delivery of team events and presentations.

Provide administrative support to financial processes including invoicing and processing incoming cheques where necessary.

You will provide support to ensure the data in CRM is up to date, working with the champions and account managers, organising training when required to ensure the team is inputting correctly, including updating training manual.
